Important:
Vendors acquire by definition “Friends of Geocoinfest” (logo in our program leaflet or in our separate cache listings leaflet, and logo on “Our Sponsors” page).
Consider becoming a Silver or Gold level sponsor. The cost for your booth space is part of the sponsorship from Silver level onwards (become a sponsor).

BOOTH SPACE DISCRIPTION

  • Every single space is a 3 * 3 M area.
  • You can rent one or more booth spaces each 3 * 3 M
  • Most spaces have direct access to electricity within 5 M, others may require you to bring electrical cables up to 10 M.
  • We are in a big hall.

PLAN

TARIFFS BOOT SPACES

  • A – type booth space – with 1 open side (accessible by public): 150 Euros.
  • Shared A type (2 vendors each 1,5 M open side) – will be on waiting list for 80 Euros.
  • B – type booth space – with 2 open sides (accessible by public): 200 Euros.
  • C – type booth space = a combined A + B booth space – 3 open sides: 330 Euros.
  • EX = reserved for non-commercial exhibitors (i.e. geocoin collectors).
  • AN = Animation, Games, Media & Groundspeak (reviewers).

Important:

  • Vendors hiring a A – type booth space acquire “Friends of Geocoinfest” status.
    • With an extra 50 Euros cash or equivalent value in geocoins (for the raffle), you acquire Bronze status.
  • Vendors hiring a B – type booth space acquire “Bronze” status.
    • With an extra 200 Euros cash or equivalent value in geocoins (for the raffle), you acquire Silver status.
  • Vendors hiring a C – type booth space acquire “Bronze” status.
    • With an extra 70 Euros cash or equivalent value in geocoins (for the raffle), you acquire Silver status.

ELECTRICITY

  • 20 Euros per booth and/or vendor.

PARKING RESERVED FOR VENDORS AND ORGATEAM

VAT

We are a “vzw” (Vereniging zonder winstoogmerk) exempted from VAT. So all prices are without VAT but we also do not need to charge VAT. This means that there will be no deductable VAT at your end as well.
