I manage your geocoin (*) and other types of trackable concepts from design to artwork:

  1. DESIGN.
    When receiving your geoncoin or trackable tag concept and/or design I may suggest improvements to the concept and the design to comply with industrial (metal and paints) constraints and/or to gain from my expertise knowledge acquired over the last 15 years. This moves your project from a workable design to be submitted to a factory.



  2. PROPOSAL.
    Once we have a consensus on the final design (you and me), I submit the design to a factory to obtain a price quote which defines costs based on quantities and technical requirements. These two stages (design and proposal) are free of charge. I trust I will gain and deserve your trust to work with me until the next stage. If not, I need to learn from this experience.
  3. ARTWORK AND PAYMENT.
    When the proposal is accepted I will ask the factory to provide an artwork based on the design. When also this artwork is accepted my design and service fees needs to be paid. After this payment factory details will be provided and you will need to pay the factory. Releasing the order with factory will only be done after receiving your payments.
  4. PRODUCTION AND SHIPMENT.
    You remain accountable for the quality and the timely production of your geocoin or trackable tag. Your project is now moving from an artwork to an actual geocoin. The goods are shipped to you where you execute your own Q-control and manage any complaints with the factory.

(*) It may seem trivial to explain this, but a geocoin has more often than not a different design on each of both sides. When starting a project for a geocoin design, remember you need actually 2 distinct designs that match in concept and execution.
