What you really need to know
Luc C. De Haes (owner of the brand name CreaCoins®) takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account details.
However, from time to time I would like to contact you only with details about special actions/events.
I will NEVER share nor sell any of your personal details for promotional reasons to any other person or legal entity unless I am legally requested to do so.
From all the data I require to administer your account I only use the following data for email purposes:
- your Email Address which I keep as your unique identifier (*).
- your First Name and Last Name.
(*) If you have more than one account with me, or you “opted in” with more than one email address, you will need to opt out for all these email addresses individually if you wish to stop receiving promotional emails from me as a person.
I will only use:
- your address details for administration purposes.
- your phone details to call or send an SMS as a follow-up when my services request such an action.
You can always ask to opt-out to receive emails either by sending me such a request by email.
Information I legally need to give you
Your contact for any question about your personal information is Luc C. De Haes. Any message, question or request can be addressed to him by email.
I keep your information until I stop my activities, and for maximum another 10 years when this is legally required, but you will be removed from mailing lists upon request.
You can get access to personal information that I keep about you, request to change it and/or request to remove it from mailing lists with a simple request by email.
I tend to answer within 3 days but promise, even during vacation periods, that you will get an answer or confirmation no later than within 30 days.
I do keep your email address as your unique identifier exactly to assure you are known to me as an “opted-out” reference. All other personal information will be removed permanently in contact lists.
