The contractual language for my terms and conditions is English. Only this English text is binding. My terms and conditions are valid for all contracts regarding services bought under the brand name CreaCoins®. - Contractual partner.

I agree on the project scope, price, and deadline in writing (e-mails are binding as well) before work starts. You get a set number of revision rounds as listed in your project quote.
Extra changes cost an hourly rate of 40 Euro per hour per hour started. - Payment Terms.
You pay 100% in advance once the final design was approved.
The payment includes the fees for communications with the factory until delivery ex-factory upon which the shipping details will be communicated.
Designs will only be submitted to the factory once the payment for my services have been paid. The payment of the goods is done also in advance by the customer directly to the factory. - Copyright and Ownership.
I (CreaCoins®) own the design work until you pay the full final amount.
Once paid in full, you own the final design files for your business use.
I keep the right to show the final work in my online portfolio. - Cancellation.
If you cancel the project during the design phase, you still owe me the full payment unless I (CreaCoins-Luc C. De Haes) agree on a lower fee.
You must pay for all extra work done past the design phase or beyond the project scope. - Governing Law.
Belgian law governs these Terms and Conditions.
